If you create a global ad campaign for audiences in European Union countries or territories, EEA, and Switzerland, you are required to fill in the payer information per the Digital Services Act's (DSA) regulatory requirements in the EU.
Note: Bloc cannot publish your ad without this information.
Bloc is required to show:
The name of the natural or legal person on whose behalf the advertisement is presented.
The natural or legal person who paid for the advertisement. Note: This person is different from the person in the previous point.
How to fill the payer information per DSA
In Bloc Ads Manager, during account creation, the payer module will appear.
Add the payer's name.
For ad groups that you have already created, you'll see a default payer name that's automatically filled from the Business Center. You can edit payer names by clicking Edit Ad Group.
In Bloc Ads Manager, go to Tools.
Edit the payer's name at the ad account level.
Click Save after entering your agency business name.
