If you are purchasing ads in Brazil, Thundersnow Brasil Tecnologia Ltda. will issue your invoices.
In order to be compliant with the Law of Brazil, Bloc must collect your Tax ID.
For self-serve clients only: Per local regulation, your ad transactions will be subject to indirect taxes, according to Brazilian tax regulations. Bloc will, therefore, add the due indirect taxes to the cost of your ad inventory purchase.
