Taxes may be applicable to your purchase of Bloc Ads depending on the country of your "billing address", unless otherwise agreed.
To be compliant with the Law of Colombia, Bloc is responsible for collecting your Tax ID to determine what taxes, if any, are applicable.
If you are purchasing ad inventory in Colombia, your invoices will be issued by Thundersnow Inc. (Bloc).
For self-serve clients only: Bloc is responsible for collecting a 19% value-added tax (VAT) per local regulation unless you provide your business Tax ID information. In the event that the tax information provided by you is not valid or accurate, the 19% VAT on digital services will be charged and included in the respective invoice.
