Taxes may be applicable to your purchase of Bloc Ads depending on the market or region of your "contracting address," unless otherwise agreed.
If you are purchasing ads in the Dominican Republic, your invoices will be issued by Thundersnow Inc. (Bloc).
In order to be compliant with the Law of the Dominican Republic, Bloc must collect your Tax ID to determine what taxes, if any, are applicable.
For self-serve clients only: Bloc will charge an 18% Tax on the Transfer of Industrialized Goods and Services (ITBIS). In the event that you provide invalid or inaccurate tax information, Bloc will charge 18% ITBIS on digital services in the respective invoice.
