You might receive a promotional code, also known as a coupon or voucher, as part of a special offer. Promotional codes offer a credit to an advertiser's account and sometimes require you to meet certain criteria before the credit will show up in your account.
For example: We might have an offer like, "Spend £2000, Get £2000." In order to get the £2000 credit, you should make sure your promo codes are activated and then get at least £2000 worth of spendings (excluding taxes) after activating the code. After spending £2000 (excluding taxes), you'll then see the £2000 credit appear in your account within one day.

Contact Bloc Business Support for more information about your ad credit if you do not see a credit reflected on your account.
How to activate Bloc ads promotional codes
Your promotional code may be automatically activated by Bloc Ads Manager. This typically occurs when we are offering special promotions to newly registered accounts. When you successfully create your account, your promo code will be activated thereafter.
How to activate Bloc ads promotional codes manually
Note: It takes time to calculate your spend, which means you might see your spend has already met certain criteria, but you still have not received your coupon credits. We will make sure your coupon credits will appear in your account within several hours.
Within 14 days of receiving your promotional code, follow these steps to activate:
Log in to Bloc Ads Manager
Go to the Tools tab.
Under Settings, click Billing & Payments.
Click the Redeem Coupon button in the upper-right corner of the page.
After filling in your coupon code, click Activate.
Note: We only count the amount you spend after activating the code. If you spent £2000 before entering the code, that amount won't count toward your offer.
Once your promotional code is activated, you will see a progress bar on the Bloc Ads Manager homepage.
